Hello Doug,

My name is Dave Hassell, with the Colleyville Heritage Panthers Softball Booster Club, and the Panther's home field announcer.  I'm writing you to ask if you could help us by reaching out to your association members and coaches.  The team is trying to promote a special event for one of their home games on Friday night, April 9.  We'll be playing the LD Bell Lady Raiders at Panther field at CHHS, starting at 7 PM.

That night, we're inviting all area youth players, to join us for Youth Night.  All area youth players who wear their team uniforms, will get free admission to the ball park, plus discounts on items at the concession stand.  If we can get an entire team to confirm they are coming in advance, we will have those players come out on the field during the introduction ceremony before the game, and escort each of our players onto the field.  Or, we can have a player from each of your teams come out, and we can recognize the entire league.  I noticed you had many teams in the 6U, 8U and 10U age groups, which would probably be perfect for this type of event.
